Have you ever been in a fabric store and heard the fabric call your name? Well, it happened to me. When I tell you, I was in the fabric store browsing and I kept hearing my name “Tisa…Tisa…look down here”? I glanced down and saw this yellow/black and white knit fabric…It was O.V.E.R….Over………
Look #10 goes to my most favorite duster!! When I seen the fabric I knew right away it was a duster. I love when the fabric speaks to me and tells me what it wants to be. It makes my sewing adventure so much easier.
I wanted to wear this duster during the summer because of the bright yellow color. So I decided not to add sleeves to it. Winning!!
Now let me tell you what sold the deal for me with this duster. These SHOES!!! I was like SERIOUSLY??? I had the perfect shoes in my closet to match this duster. At that point, I knew this outfit was for me….LOL
The jeans are Mimi G Simplicity 8222. I made these jeans about 2 years ago. I thought it would be cute to add some sequin patches so I did. It was my first time making jeans, so it took me a little while to get the fit the way I like my jeans. But once I did, I loved them.
Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed this look as much as I did. I can’t wait to see you again.
Much love and many blessings!
